ICE officials confirm they had no prior contact with suspect accused of shooting and killing a California police officer



Illegal immigrant 33-year-old Gustavo Arriaga belongs to a violent Mexican-American street gang and was captured two days after allegedly shooting Cpl. Ronil Singh during a traffic stop; Marianne Rafferty reports from Los Angeles.
